David S. Kelly earned his undergraduate degree from the Universiity at Buffalo, graduating summa cum laude, and his J.D. Degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1997. Mr. Kelly soon joined the Erie County District Attorney's Office, where he worked for over seven years in the Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Special Investigations Bureaus where he specialized in the prosecution of complex White Collar and Political Crimes. Mr. Kelly believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2007, Mr. Kelly went into private practice. Since then, Mr. Kelly has represented numerous high-profile clients in State and Federal Courts. The Law Office of David S. Kelly, PLLC, has allowed Mr. Kelly to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
Mr. Kelly is active member of the Erie County Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association and The New York Defenders Association and is admitted in all the Courts of New York, Federal Court for the Western District of New York and Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
